全部捞出,油继续烧至比第一次下锅前热的温度,将鱼继续放入复炸至焦黄,不要太焦吃了容易致癌。

小贴士
一定要炸两次别偷懒,第一次为了炸熟,第二次为了焦脆。
炸的时候可以往油里放几颗花椒防止油乱炸。
鱼最好选小点的,宁愿很小不要太大,大鱼炸了鱼骨鱼刺没发吃。
