接下来我对招商银行的了解逐渐深入。招商银行是一个发展迅速的年轻公司，从蛇口走向全国，她仅用了20年的时间；招商银行还被多次评为最具竞争力的银行和最受消费者欢迎的银行；我所在的桐柏路支行更是曾经代表了河南银行业服务的最高水平去北京领奖。能够在这样一个银行工作我真的感觉非常自豪。最令我着迷的是招商银行的企业文化，她不急功近利，把力创股市蓝筹打造百年招银作为自己的企业愿景，在处理员工、企业和股东的关系这个问题上她始终把员工放在第一位，认为在服务业只有满意的员工才有满意的顾客，进而实现企业的利润并未股东带来投资价值，这和我一直以来的观念完全吻合。
我越来越认为，招行就是我所期望中的，愿意为之奋斗的企业，如果说四个月前我对招行一见钟情的话，通过这么长时间的了解，我已经愿意和她厮守终生了！

I am very proud that I can work in such a bank.What strikes me most is her corporation culture,she is not eager for quick success and instant benefit,she looks setting up a stock blueprint and creating a centennial bank as her perspective.She always puts her empoyees above all when treating the relation of employees,corporation,and shareholders.She thinks that if her employees are satisfied,her clients will be satisfied in the field of service,then she can achieve profit,and bring investment value to her shareholders.This fits my concept all along well.
