论文从生态学的视角,系统地分析了高校教师人力资源生态系统的内涵、主体和其生态环境,分析了高校教师人力资源与环境之间的关系,探讨了高校教师人力资源系统与外部环境的人员交流、知识传播和信息传递。目前我国高校中存在的生态失衡现象,究其原因,主要是因为我国高等教育大众化准备不足、高校内管理体制的不合理、教师流动机制不健全、激励机制不完善等导致的。通过分析,笔者认为高校教师人力资源的生态管理要从摆脱限制因子的束缚,建立适合教师发展的环境;根据生态位原理,维持合理有序地竞争;遵循生态链法则,建立合理的人力资源结构;依据协同进化原理,保持教师系统生态活力等多个方面进行。
