摘要：跨国公司实行内部贸易实际是企业生产经营垂直一体化的一种表现，跨国公司将很大一部分的国际贸易纳入其内部交易体系当中，其目的主要加强渠道上的控制力，具体表现在两方面：一方面增强企业对上游原材料供应和下游销售经营的控制力，从而降低外部市场的不确定性；另一方面节约了一系列成本，从而增强了企业在国际竞争中的优势。内部贸易已成为跨国公司实现其全球化战略的重要工具，在当代国际贸易中，跨国公司的内部交易已占世界贸易额的1/3以上，随着跨国公司的发展，这种内部贸易在世界贸易中所占的比重将越来越大。本文试图通过对跨国公司国际间内部贸易的研究，为我国的跨国公司成长和发展提供建设性的建议。
