摘 要
随着市场经济的不断发展和日臻完善,企业的竞争必将也是越来越激烈。在剧烈的市场竞争中,有的企业能够溯流而上,奋勇前进;有的企业却无能为力,逐步走向衰亡。造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,人才的难以招聘和人才的流失是比较关键的原因。人员的跳槽,尤其是优秀员工的跳槽对企业的影响是很大的,有时甚至是致命的,人员流失成了一个长期困扰组织管理者的难题。2008年,在国内各行业领域中,有近一半(47%)的受访者表示,过去12个月的人员流失率超过10%,有13%的受访者表示公司的人员流失率高达20%以上。较之于亚洲其他受调查市场,中国的员工流失率最高,是日本员工流失率的两倍有余。以安吉天地柳州分公司为基础进行研究,分别针对社会因素、组织因素和个人因素等进行公司人员流失的原因分析。在此基础上进行了对策研究,并着重以人力资源管理体系、企业文化为主要的对策研究,并辅以企业及领导者信誉、情感及法律道德等为研究对象。一方面有利于解决实际问题,另一方面也有利于科学理论的检验和完善。希望在此基础上能够学以致用、服务企业。
