椰子煲鸡汤
用料:鸡1只,椰子1个,果皮四分一个,盐适量.
做法:
1.椰子肉洗干净后切成小块.
2.鸡(杀)好去了内脏洗干交,斩大件,沥干水.
3.果皮用热水浸一阵,刮去瓤洗干净.
4.把适量的清水保滚,放入鸡,椰子肉和果皮煲滚后,改为慢火煲它三个钟头,下盐调味就可以饮用了.
