第一,净现值一般是按年来算的.
第二,按事实填写即可.可能会包含Plan表里没有的支出,也可能会有其他的另项支出.
第三,研发部门员工的收入可列为固定性支出,而研发项目投入可列为变动性支出.
第四,交通费是可变成本.
