关于初中定语从句

如果句子变成 The house____we habe lived in is old。
老师说这样就选c，我没听懂为什么。帮忙解释下。
当指地点的时候，怎么区分where和which 的用法，就像上面两道题为什么有区别？

还有，老师说in which 等于where ，我想问下，他们在任何情况下都通用吗，有没有什么区别。

如果把The house was built in 1958.The old man lives in it.这两个句子合成一个定语从句，应该怎么做?

定语从句关系词的确定关键在于分析从句的句子成分，从句缺主语，宾语。要用关系代词，不缺则考虑用关系副词。
live 为不及物动词，后不能直接加宾语。也就是不缺宾语（从句中已有主语 we）所以用关系副词where。
The house____we have lived in is old。句中，因为有了in。in是介词。后面应加宾语，也就是缺宾语。应用关系代词which。
一句话。不应该先看前面是否地点。而应先看从句成分。
where=介词+which不能换that。介词不一定用in。取决于后面的动词和前面的名词。这里可以是因为live in the house 讲得通。
如果是farm则用 on 因为on the farm.
The house was built in 1958.The old man lives in it.这两个句子合成一个定语从句，
The house where the old man lives was built in 1956.=The house in which the old man lives was built in 1956.=The house which the old man lives in was built in 1956.

1)题中live后面未加in，所以前面要用where或者in which
2）题中已有in，所以只需用which即可
