小窍门
1、一般外面卖的西红柿都是抹了增剂的,一般手感重,外面红润,里面少许绿,不够红,所有要买了放在家里几天,等里面完全熟透了再吃,这个时候药物挥发也基本很少了,做菜口味也很好,即使不放糖也不会很酸了。
2、西红柿鸡蛋油要少放,否则会有油腻就不好吃了。
3、要是做的多的话,就用一半的西红柿炒出酱汁,然后再放入另一半和鸡蛋,就很好看 也很好吃也很营养。
