如果这么写是对的，为什么，不对，该如何表达？
so that 有两种用法，分述如下：
1. 引导目的状语从句，so 是副词，意思是“如此地”，从句属于虚拟语气，因此从句中必须要有情态动词 can/could 或 may/might 表示该目的是说话者的主观看法。如：
I will give you all the facts so that you can judge for yourself. 我会给你所有的事实以便你可以自己判断。（so 修饰动词give，即“以如此的方式给出”）

Everyone lent a hand, so that the work was finished ahead of schedule. 每个人都帮了忙, 所以工作提前完成了。
结果状语中的that可以省略，另如：
Be quiet so (that) he can sleep. 肃静些好使他能睡觉。
Stand the table on its legs, so (that) the top is horizontal. 把这桌子立起来, 使桌面成水平状。
He failed to appear, so (that) we went on without him. 他没有出现，因此我们不管他继续走。
二、如果用“so + adj./adv. + that”，that引导的仅只是结果状语，如：
John is so shy and awkward that everyone notices him. 约翰如此害羞狼狈，以至于大家都注意到了他。
He's been teaching for so long that it's second nature to him. 他如此长时间地从事教学，以至于教学已成了他的第二天性。
你写的句子表达的是“谁也不可能对诸如环境、经济及历史问题达到无所不知的程度，以至于他可以断言某种解决办法是最好的”，用的是第二种“so …that” 导出结果的从句，不存在语病。
追问主要是我的句子so后不是一个adj／adv，而是一个omniscient of factors(短语还是什么？)，所以不清楚，而且这里好几个回答说我是有问题的

从句我想表达的是 he can assert that some solution is the best. 然后我把“that”给省了（我也不知道能不能省, 因为好象think可以）
然后是前面的so 后面是只能接一个形容词吗？
不能比如：...so kind to the old that...
或...so good at biology that...吗？
如果想表达的是 he can assert that some solution is the best.也可以 但逻辑上 与前面的 so omniscient有点 不搭调感觉应该是 他断定的方案 是最好的that引导宾语从句 一般 都可以省略 好 纠正我的看法 结构没有什么问题 。
前面的so 修饰一个形容词 同时 也可以带形容词的其他状语
比如：...so kind to the old that...
或...so good at biology that.。。都是正确的注意 在这个句型中 that 引导的是 结果状语从句

还有一点，这个“某方面的问题”，应该怎么说呢？我知道“historical problems”这样的表达有问题，怎么说好呢？
如果 用形容词 修饰 problems的话 也应该是 economic, historic
不过 我认为 用名词作定语 好一些
