民营企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是我国民营企业普遍缺乏核心竞争力的弱点。在激烈的市场竞争中,民营企业要想获胜就必须构建核心能力,而人力资源是构建核心能力基本要素之一,因此,民营企业必须加强人力资源管理。
本文首先对民营企业的发展背景及特点提出出民营企业要获得可持续发展就必须建立企业核心竞争力,要建立核心竞争力就要提高人力资源管理水平。随后本文分析了民营企业人力资源管理现状,找出目前民营企业人力资源管理存在的问题,指出人力资源管理是民营企业发展的瓶颈;最后针对我国民营企业存在的问题提出若干完善和加强民营企业人力资源管理建议和对策。
