其实这不是一个能笼统回答的问题，就几个常见类别如163、164的第一步是要获得州政府的商业担保，也就是申请人的投资计划被州政府所接受。虽然每个州获得担保的时间并不完全相同，但基本都在3个月左右。
然后申请人的所有资料连同担保被正式递交澳大利亚移民局。等待面试的时间一般在6-8个月。如果由律师陪同进行面试，基本当场都能知道一个大概结果。面试通过以后那就很快了，接着无非是体检、递交语言培训费这个周期一般在2-3个月就能获得签证了。

很多申请在制作材料的过程中是比较费周折的，主要是要把所有的材料要解释清楚。很多申请人单方面只追求速度快，申请材料的准备是一个需要严密推敲的过程，千万不要过分追求速度。

申请所需材料清单（州但保企业家移民）

If net assets in business are to be included, the value is to be supported by a limited audit in accordance with ISA910, balance date* should fall within the three month period prior to application

D SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR PAID UP CAPITAL OF THE BUSINESS, APPLICANT'S LOANS TO THE BUSINESS AND NET ASSETS OF THE APPLICANT AND/OR SPOUSE

Please note that all claims made in applications and supporting documentation may be subject to verification. Site visit to business premises may be conducted at any time during the assessment process. 申请中所提交的任何文件或申明都有可能被调查，移民局将随时派官员对生意现场进行调查。

澳洲188签证包括四个类别，在此主要介绍的是188A类的申请流程：

1、评估移民资格；
2、与移民公司签约，并提交各项资料；
3、进行EOI评分以及获得州担保；
4、完成资产评估和财务审计；
5、向澳洲驻香港领事馆递交移民申请材料；
6、面试或免面试，补交材料；
7、体检并缴纳英语费；
8、获批188A签证。

澳洲商业移民是指188类，澳大利亚188商业创新与投资（临时）签证适用于想在澳洲拥有和经营新的或现有的生意、或在澳洲投资的申请者。澳洲188签证属于商业创新与投资计划的一部分。申请者必须通过SkillSelect提交意向书（EOI），在受邀申请该签证前需获得州或地方政府或代表澳洲政府的Austrade（澳大利亚贸易委员会）的提名。持有188签证是有资格获取商业创新与投资（永久）签证（888类）的第一步。

188A签证的申请周期在10-12个月，但在证据充足、材料完整的前提下，最快6个月可获批。而在获批188A签证后，主申请人及其家人都可前往澳洲做生意和生活，两年后符合居住和生意要求后即可提出转888永居申请。

5、体检（由澳洲指定医院进行体检并递交体检报告） 面试后1.5个月左右
6、获签（赴澳领馆贴签） 体检后1.5个月左右本回答被提问者采纳
