写的几个英语句子 ，帮忙看看对不对

1、attempt作动词时为及物动词，后面可以直接加宾语。（不信，你可以翻阅一下词典）
2、我认为你这个句子应该是有点缺陷的，虽说be of +n=adj，但这样的名词一般是表示性格的名词，来说明某人或某物具有某种性格或品质。所以说，你可以不要那个of了，在primary前加个the，就对了。第二个缺陷就是whatever后面的那个that是多余的，因为whatever是做attempt to do的宾语，就没必要加that了，第三，attempt后面的to do 去掉不去掉都对，总体来说，这个句子写的挺规范的，挺优美的。加油啊！
3、我个人认为by 和with都可以引导方式状语从句，而且后面都可以跟动名词短语，这句话应该是对的。
