Hi Linda,
I heard your worry about junk food. It's ok, don't be depressed. Let me tell you my habit everyday to see if you can change your habit. I eat some bread and egg and drink some milk every morning for my breakfast. And i eat some vegetables, like mushrooms and cabbage, for my lunch. Sometimes i eat small cakes after lunch. For my dinner, I eat some meet and vegetables. Also i eat fruit after dinner. I eat junk food barely each week. Because i think they are not healthy for us. So you should not eat them too much. And i hope you learned some good habits from this letter.

Hi, Linda:
I'm quite glad to receive your letter, and share your trouble about fatness.
You've told me in your letter that you are getting fatter and fatter, mainly because of eating lots of rubbish foods. So, I'd like to give you some advice as follows:
First of all, instead of eating rubbish foods, you should eat more green foods, which are benefit for your health.
Second, you should take more exercises regularly, such as running, riding, climbing and so on.
What's more, you should drink a cup of water in the morning, because that can take those unnecessary accumulating in your body away.
These above are all my experience about losing weight, and I hope they can be helpful for your weighting losing.
