做回锅肉啊,回锅肉的做法就是必须要先煮一道,还得要煮透才行的。配料就随自己的喜好了。正宗的回锅肉是和蒜苗或者青椒一块炒,其它的有放花菜的,有放蒜苔的,也有放洋葱的。配料放什么没太多讲究。非常好吃又很容易做的

3. 切成薄片,和黄瓜丝一起拌,加点醋,蒜,香油,盐即可。
