准备材料:土鸡 1个、鸡枞菌 120克、盐 适量、姜片 3片、料酒 2勺、葱 1棵。
一、第一步将鸡切块,用水清洗干净,留着备用,如下图所示。

三、等水煮开后捞出鸡肉用水冲洗干净,留着备用,如下图所示。

四、然后将焯好水的鸡块放入电压锅压25分钟,如下图所示。

五、用清水清洗鸡枞菌,把外面洗不干净的外皮刨去,如下图所示。

六、压好的鸡汤重新倒回砂锅中,煮沸后倒入鸡枞菌,如下图所示。

七、鸡汤再次煮沸后加盐搅拌均匀,让鸡汤入味,如下图所示。
