It's very important for us to keep healthy.What should we do to keep healthy? According to the health experts' advice.I think we should have healthy eating habits .First,we must eat regular breakfast.Then ,we should have different kinds of foods ,such as fruit,vegetables,grain,eggs,milk,meat and so on.Third,we shouldn't eat too many snacks and fried foods.They are delicious ,but eating too much of them is unhealthy.And we should take exercise every day .I think we should do like this if we want to be healthy本回答被网友采纳

What should We Do To Keep Healthy ? Maybe some people don`t know what should they do to keep healthy. Keeping healthy is a good lifestyle and it`s so important and easy. First, you must have a good eating habit. And you must exercise ,eat healthy food every day. Because they are both good for your health. In addition(另外) , you must get enough sleep! Don`t go to bed too late !
