析：我们常说：what do you mean? mean 是及物动词，what是它的宾语。变成 didn't know的宾语从句，则是上面的这种形式。
译3. 他说了很多，但我不全懂他所说的话。He said a lot,but I didn’t all (that) he said.
析：all 与not连用是部分否定，不论all的位置出现在最前面还是后面。
相比较之后，感觉B还有点靠谱。将 all he said 当成一个整体，指他说的所有的话。
He said a lot,but I didn’t understand what ( all he said =他说的所有话)meant.

我上面已经写过这句了，怕你没看到，再写一次。
我的观点就是：题目生造，不好。我是老师，我不会让学生做这种题的。高考也不会考这种题。
属于怪题，脱离生活的题句。只求考题的复杂，不考虑语言的简洁明了。
但如果是学生，没有办法，有时模拟考，期末考可能会遇到这种题，那就选B吧。最佳嘛。
