How to keep healthy:
Health, including mental and physical health.
Psychology, self regulation and control their emotions, maintain a positive, optimistic attitude towards life, come very naturally healthy.
Physiological words, to develop good eating and living habits, regular exercise, can effectively slow down the aging of the human body, promote all sorts of function of human body.
Physiological and psychological complement each other, like a terminally ill person because attitude positive and survival of things is not uncommon; physical health but the mindset of decadence, negative people die are also common. Therefore, both to maintain a good state of health, would not also difficult.

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people don't know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because'life depends on exercise'. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.本回答被提问者采纳

How to keep health
You might hear a lot about living a healthy lifestyle ,but what does that mean? In general , if we want to be healthy , we should keep a positive living attitude towards life ,and eat a balance diet ,do exercise regularly.
The positive attitude is very important for everybody.It is a great start of success ,and gives us encourage when we are in trouble. It makes us know that the sun flings bright rays on the fields .
A balance diet is necessary.Lots of things we muet do everyday, we have to obtain energy from foods and drinks. We should eat more fruits and vegetables, vitamins from them are organic substances. They activate enzymes, which are proteins that act as catalysts to speed up biological reactions that take place in our body.
Doing exercise regularly will help us keep strong, and be far away from diseases.It is also a good opportunity to think something we have done again,If we spend time on it.
In a word, if we can do these ,we will live a healthy life.
