进入二十一世纪后，汽车技术得到了飞速发展，汽车人才市场的竞争也日趋激烈，对从事汽车维修工作的我们，也提出了更高的要求。所以岗前实践对于我们这些刚刚踏上社会的高职高专生来说，即是锻炼认知能力，也是提高技能的良机，为以后的发展打下好的基础。本文以在汽车修理厂岗前实践过程为依据，阐述了汽车修理工所应具备的理论知识和技能要求，并针对一些具体操作流程进行分析。还通过本人的实习经历，总结自己是如何将理论知识应用到实际操作中去的，归纳出自己岗前实践的经验与不足，并对个人今后职业的发展做出展望和定位。加上自己对这一行业的了解，对汽车的兴起与发展，给出自己的见解。通过在修理厂这一年的学习，懂得了如何取得技能所需的相关信息、如何很快的找到汽车故障原因、如何以最简单明了的方法去分析和解决故障等。现在，我已能独立解决汽车上一系列基本问题，并收获了很多书本之外的知识，让我未来的工作变得更加得心应手。

After 21st century,the technologies of automobile have advanced,and the competition within the talents of auto become more intense.For us who are focus on fixxing is more challenging.Thus ,it seems to us who just gruaduate from schools that pre-job practice is praceting and a opportunity to improve our abillity for our future.This article told us the theory and some basic knowledges of fixxing cars to contrapose specific situation which is based on pre-job practice .Through personal experience to know how to ues theory in realitic ooperation and to get ourselves' disadvantage for our future career.
