一、词义不同

1、incorporate：包含，吸收；体现；把??合并

例句：Incorporate process, technology, and philosophy.  合并过程、技术和原理。

2、include：包含，包括

二、词性不同

1、incorporate：除了做动词，还可做名词，形容合并的；一体化的；组成公司的。

例句：So I incorporate my curriculum, the class curriculum into the lessons.

2、include：只能作动词表示包含。
