Question

肝硬化是一种常见的慢性肝病，在我国已占肝病的16%。其病程长，病情复杂迁延难愈，需要长期治疗。多数患者因病痛长期折磨对治疗失去信心，悲观绝望。不能积极配合治疗，影响治疗效果而形成恶性循环，不断恶化的症状，体能的下降，治疗的不良反应，反复住院及沉重的经济负担。且目前缺乏特效治疗手段，严重影响了患者的生活质量及进一步的康复。本文通过对2011年1月—2012年1 月在我科住院的50例肝硬化失代偿期患者进行了心理健康状况的调查分析，提出并采取了心理护理干预，取得了良好效果现报告如下。

目的：探讨心理护理干预对肝硬化患者心理健康状况的影响。
方法：将50例肝硬化失代偿期住院患者进行心理护理干预，在患者入院第1天及出院前前1天，采用症状自评量表（SCL—90）对其心理健康状况进行测试评分，将干预前后的心理健康状况进行比较。
结果：50例肝硬化失代偿期患者在躯体化,人际关系，抑郁，焦虑，敌对，精神病性等6个因子分值均显著高于常模（P<0.05）。表明心理护理干预对肝硬化患者心理健康状况的影响有意义。结论：实施心理护理干预，可明显改善患者心理健康状况，有助于患者的健康。在临床护理中值得推广应用

As a commonly seen chronic liver disease, liver cirrhosis makes up 16% of all liver diseases in our country. It always has long course of disease with complicated state of illness, which is hard to cure and needs a long time of treatment. Most patients feel pessimistic, desperate or lost confidence to treatment due to long suffering of pains. Without accepting treatment in a coordianated manner, treatment outcome was affected, which led to a vicious circle——exacerbated symptoms, falling physical ability, adverse reaction from treatment, being in hospital repeatedly and heavy financial burden. Moreover, due to lacking effective treatment, patients' quality of life and further rehabilitation were badly affected. Through analyzing mental health status of 50 patients with decompensated cirrhosis, who accepted treatment in our division, this paper proposes to offer psychological nursing intervention. Result: 50 cases of liver cirrhosis decompensated patients in the body, interpersonal relations, depression, anxiety, hostile, mental illness of six factors score were significantly higher than the norms (P < 0.05).
