今天能够站在这个讲台上演讲，我感到十分的荣幸。首先，感谢公司给了能展现自我的舞台，也感谢经理给了我这次珍贵的机会，更感谢我的同事对我的大力支持。今天我为大家演讲的题目是《同在广济下，快乐共成长》。
不知不觉，一转眼来到公司已经有4年了，作为广济的一员，我感到非常的自豪。回首广济，往事像在放一张张的幻灯片，时而激动人心，时而令人振奋。4年前，带着稚嫩、带着梦想、带着憧憬的我，来到了广济，来到这个热情大家庭中。同事们和善的笑容，关爱的目光，很快就和她们打成了一片。在刚刚任职药店收银员这份新工作时，是艰苦而充满挑战的。两个月内必须要背会四百种药名，并且写上药品通用名、商品名，对于药品知识什么都不懂的我，无疑是天大的难事，在两个月中我努力学习药品知识，增强收银技巧，学会辩认真假币，两个月内我如期考试成功，正式加入广济。随后由于在药店收银岗位工作出色，04年调到南城超市，05年再由超市调到销售一部任职文员到现在。今天的我，褪去了稚嫩，多了一份成熟，没有了往日的胆怯，多了一份坚强。这一路走来，有欢乐，有汗水，有收获，也有付出，更多的是伴着我成长的经历，才会让我的人生如此的炫丽多彩。
4年来，我有幸亲眼见证了广济日新月异的变化，从当初一个不起眼的民营企业，发展成为今天东莞医药行业的一颗耀眼的新星。如今的广济超市，在东莞遍地开花，并且是有口皆碑。广济医院牵手南方医科大学，呈现欣欣向荣大好景象。 今天的广济人，个个充满活力，富有激情。在以后的岁月里，我将跟随着广济的脚步，越走越远，为广济的新使命“致力人类健康，打造百年老店，用五到十年时间成为医药两行业东莞第一，国内十强”而努力奋斗！
