本文在对住宅楼的环境进行详细勘察的基础上，参考《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》、《建筑结构荷载规范》、《钢管扣件水平模板的支撑系统技术规程》、《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》以及其他相关资料和脚手架施工设计经验，对该高层住宅楼进行系统的脚手架设计和搭设施工研究，全文共十五章。主要有该工程概况、编制依据、水平杆（纵向、横向）、立杆、连墙件、剪刀撑与横向斜撑、脚手架搭设安全技术措施和脚手架拆除工程技术措施、计算书等。
本文对该工程的脚手架施工方式进行详细的说明：材料的准备、水平杆和立杆的搭设、脚手架基础的处理等。也对脚手架的搭设和拆除进行严格的规定，保证工程的安全施工。
