将买来的牛腰窝肉清洗干净,切成较大块,葱姜等辅料切好备用。

将锅中加入适量的水然后烧开,烧开后加入牛肉,煮开锅,继续再煮10分钟左右。

水煮沸后加入肉块及各种辅料,如葱姜、花椒等辅料。

大火煮开之后,然后调到小火继续煮一个小时左右,然后加入适量的酱油,盐适量,蚝油和绍兴黄酒。
