iPhone unlocked by AT&T the following requirements must be met.
Eligibility requirements are as follows:
? A current AT&T customer; or (ii) a former AT&T customer who
can provide the phone number or account number for the account.
? All contract obligations, including any term commitment,
associated with the device to be unlocked have been fully satisfied.
? The iPhone was designed for use on AT&T’s network. If you
purchased your device from a 3rd party please contact the seller or
leave feedback for that seller.
? Account cannot have a flag for excessive off-network roaming.
Exceptions:
? A person who purchased the iPhone from an authorized location
at the “no commitment” price and can provide proof of purchase.
o Valid proof includes: A receipt from an AT&T or an AT&T authorized
indirect dealer/agent showing the price and device information.
