用料
熟牛头肉 一斤
鲜红椒 十五个
盐 半勺
糖 一勺
生抽 一勺
藤椒油 一勺
蒜 两瓣
姜 一块
葱 一棵
白酒 两勺
辣炒牛头肉的做法
熟牛头肉切片,这个切片其实挺难得,因为几乎都是筋一类的东西。
切好片后备用。
鲜红椒剪开备用。

牛头肉放在盘子里,然后进蒸锅,大火蒸五分钟。

牛头肉从蒸锅取出,直接把剪好的鲜红椒和牛头肉放在一起。
姜蒜都切片,炒锅坐火,爆香姜蒜。然后把牛头肉放入锅中,全程小火。

牛头肉从蒸锅出来之后,里面会有汤汁一样的东西,不要扔,直接进锅一起炒。
