谢谢匿名的提醒，这个是一封公关信件，套套近乎的。很多的材料我已经有PPT和PDF以及视频音频发给老外了，那些材料已经作为我申请的依据了，但是因为老外工作效率太慢，回复得太慢，所以就想发封邮件去催一下，让他别磨叽。 这个邮件的内容，就是想再次提醒一下老外，我喜欢他们的学院，请快点看我的材料，并迅速考虑一下之前我的邮件内容。
但是匿名朋友的建议听起来很不错，我想看看按照你理解的意境翻译是怎么样的效果，你可以按照你推崇的结构去翻译。其实我也是求一个意境，因为我也只会直译，不会异议。那些诗歌更是不知道怎么去找英文韵脚和比喻，所以中文的“意近旨远”的气质翻译不出来，还望高手指点。

呵呵，原来楼主似乎在申请学校。我来献一回丑吧。我的经验是句子之间要有逻辑，才显得严谨，道理令人信服。若光逐字翻译会比较生硬

另,楼上机译的实在是不敢恭维啊,不是很多错误,而是压根就没通的句子.

如果你的这封信只是催下他们看你材料的话, 那我会毫不客气的说, 你这种思维方式鬼老是完全不能理解的.他都不知道你这封信是要做什么.What's your point? 英语的习惯是开门见山,直入主题,尤其是应用类文体。你想想,那些坐办公室吹空调拿工资的学校员工会跟你讨论"观千剑而后识器，操千曲而后晓声"的问题吗? 就应该直入主题: 收到我材料了吗? 快回复呀! 我等着呢!
