说起来好笑，材料都准备好了，就是网上申请进行不下去。去了网上申请系统之后需要先注册，注册的时候总是在开头就进行不了了，貌似是要我先去申请student visa，难道不是应该先申请成功被录取了再去办签证吗？
我先大概说一下我的步骤：
Click the 'First Time User' button if it is your first time to register in the system for 2009 entry.
于是我输入了名字、身份证号、生日、Email，然后continue
接着出现了三个问题：
Do you belong to one of the three categories below?
- Holder of a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card OR
- Have the right to land in Hong Kong OR
- Holder of a One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong
我选择了:NO
Do you hold a valid employment visa for taking part-time studies in Hong Kong?
我选择了:NO
Do you hold any documents listed below that will allow you to study in Hong Kong without a student visa/entry permit?
e.g. dependant visa, entry visa/entry permit for quality migrants or capital investment entrants
我选择了:NO
然后就出现了:
If your answers to the above three questions are "No", you will need a student visa/entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department to study in Hong Kong. You will be considered as a NON-LOCAL student if admitted.
If you are offered admission, you must produce a valid student visa/entry permit to be able to enroll in the University.
For advice on visa applications, please refer to the website of the International and Non-local Students Office (INSO).

我知道常理来讲应该先申请，申请成功被录取了之后，学校帮着一起办visa。可是现在我在网上申请总是卡在这里，就是貌似是让我先办visa才行，我就不明白了
