1楼的翻译大意是可以的，但是有很多疏漏很错误：
"...and I" 是不对的，这里的 “我”是宾语，故而应该翻译为 me ， a editor也是不对的，应该是 an editor，因为editor是元音发音开头的，还有就是 “提前退休”的 提前没有翻译出来，其实这段翻译很简单，这里给出我的翻译吧：
My family is consist of 3 members,who are my father,my mother and me.My father is an editor.My mother used to be a teacher,but she has retired ahead of schedule/time.

感觉这样翻译比较不错了，如果你觉得上面前2句话用的一些词组和结构过于高级了，怕被老师发现的话，希望简单一些，就可以拆分开来，简化了说，就像 1楼的：
My family has 3 members.They are my father,my mother and me.
