小弟我是这样想的
它是由很多数字组合分段形成的，如果是电波码的话把任意一段在网上找应该可以找到对应的翻译表的，但是找不到，可是所以不可能是电波码。
因为这是10进制的，所以不可能一个数字表示一个字母，因为没有只有10个字母的拼音文字，所以不是英语而是中文之类的象形文字。
但是这象形文字是怎么映射的呢？我觉得很可能是手机输入法的对应按键，因为这种表示方法在非正式的密码界很流行。而且原文中没有0，正好手机输入法中0常常是空格。手机输入法主要有nokia和摩托罗拉两种大系列，很可能就是其一。于是我便拿出我的nokia手机进行分析。
但是我突然发现一个问题：对应密码里有1。而1无论在摩托罗拉还是nokia手机的拼音输入法都是表示音调的，所以不可能是拼音输入法，应该是笔画输入法。
是不是nokia的笔画输入法呢？不是的，因为nokia中6～9的笔画是空的，所以应该是摩托罗拉的笔画输入法吧。
分析原文，可以看出来很多数字字串是重叠的，所以应该是汉字中的某些固定结构，比如宝盖头、单人旁等等。
对于笔画输入法，只要把每一划都输入进去，那么每一串只对应一个汉字，所以设定密码的人就为破解留下了钥匙。
我认为有90%是笔画输入法，而且绝对不是nokia的。您可以去试试摩托罗拉的，每一段数字就是一个汉字。对了，山寨手机也有一套自己的笔画输入法。因为我全家是用nokia的，所以请您试试吧！祝成功！
