美莉garment factory is a large Hong Kong businessmen invested enterprises, officially put into operation in 2002, mainly produces high-end lingerie chest, swimwear and other products 100% exported to Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries. Mei Li cloth is a large-scale cloth & wearing manufacturer which built by HongKong investor in 2002. Our main produtions are brassiere and swiming wear which are exported to Ero, Unite Stats,Japan and others with high quality. I joint into Mei Li in 2002 as a manufacture general manager, responsible for the daily issues handling, my responsibility is :
a, take part in the planning of xxxxxxxxxxx, organize and coordinate for it's implemention;
b, monitor the status of the plant, coordinate between relevant departments to make a logical solution to close the issues in plant;
c, organize, monitor and control the process, quality, equipments cost and the output;
d, leading to build and improve the QM system, coordinate, monitor and check the QM system runningl
e, leading and manage for the equipments maintenance, insure that all the equipments can running with high efficiency;
f, balance the workloads, workout the monthly prodution plan and make sure it can be implement on time.
g, guid, track and check my team member's output, control the timing plan for this team.
