1、 How to Succeed in a Job Interview?
Nowadays, when people want to find a job, they always have to take a job interview. After the interview both the interviewer and the interviewee can make the final decision. So a job interview has become more and more important in our society.
Interview has the advantage of being the most natural situation. It is easier to build up a relationship with the interviewee, and he will feel at ease and will answer questions more fully and more naturally. In this way the interviewer is likely to find out a great deal about the interviewee. Particularly, he will be in a good position to find out whether or not he will want the interviewee to work with him. On the other hand, there are disadvantages as well. The interviewer may be so strongly affected by his own feelings that he will be unable to judge a person by a proper standard. His feelings may drive him to make the final decision. It is not necessary for us to feel bad if we have failed in an interview, because it is only a matter of choice, instead of right or wrong.
If we want to succeed in a job interview, we have to remember the following factors. Firstly, we should pay more attention to our appearance. We should dress more formally, which is a kind of respect for the interviewer. Secondly, we should talk in a proper way, with good manners and confidence. Thirdly, we should try our best to show our abilities as much as possible.
If we can bear those factors in mind, we are more likely to succeed.

During the job interview, help the candidate demonstrate his or her best knowledge, skills, and experience. Start with small talk and ask several easy questions until the candidate seems relaxed. Then, hold a behavioral interview.
Behavioral interviews are the best tool you have to identify candidates who have the behavioral traits and characteristics that you have selected as necessary for success in a particular job. Additionally, behavioral interviews ask the candidate to pinpoint specific instances in which a particular behavior was exhibited in the past. In the best behaviorally-based interviews, the candidate is unaware of the behavior the interviewer is verifying.
In addition to the candidate's verbal responses during the job interview, you'll want to notice all of the nonverbal interaction, too.

It's happened because there are a lot of valuable metals in electronics and the scrap metal market right now is booming as never before. This kind of primitive recycling has been going on for at least 10 years now. (Much) of the stuff gets shipped over from the United States (and) from Europe, Japan and other places. (Here) we don't have any laws that specifically prohibit the export of electronics for recycling. Europe does, but the stuff gets out anyway.
What it's meant for the communities over there is that because so much of the leaded glass and plastics have simply been thrown in piles by rivers, there has been a lot of open burning of plastics. The water supply in some communities in Southern China is completely undrinkable. There are levels of heavy metals and some synthetic chemicals that are tens and hundreds of tons higher than (acceptable) international safety standards.

How to succeed in a job interview?
Background research is critical for success in an interview. Your research should focus on two key areas:
1) General background information about the organisation
2) Specific information on the role that you are applying for
General information on the organisation can be found using several sources. The Internet is an incredibly valuable source of information on the majority of companies – many sites will freely give you almost all the information that you will need for the interview. You can also talk to people you know who work for the organisation, or people who are their clients or suppliers.
