如果英语有一定基础（英语成绩比较好，有一定积累的）可以选择读一些熟知的名著，尤其是故事类的比较好，因为读过译文的话比较有助于理解，不过不要看那种一半英语，一半中文的书，还是要看原著…如果英语水平和普通高中生差不多的话，还是联系读一些短的美文，非常有用…另外，提醒一下，莎士比亚的名著建议暂时不要看，同时还是要根据自己的水平从大类中选出适合自己的，不要看有些比较简单，这样的文章有助于理解生词、加强记忆，从头开始就很多生词的书最好不要看，不利于学习，还会感到很烦躁…
