主料:洋槐花一斤、五花肉适量
辅料:小葱一根、盐两小勺、生抽一大勺、十三香两小勺、黑胡椒粉一小勺、油一大汤勺
1、把花里的叶子和烂花挑干净,加入清水淘洗两遍,控干水分,挑的时候没开的花骨朵是上品!

2、控水份的同时把五花肉切成薄片,小葱切成段,五花肉出油蒸菜香,切好之后热锅开火比平时炒菜多倒点油,油热加肉翻炒至透明状加葱段生抽一勺关火!

3、肉稍微放凉后倒进洋槐花里,然后加盐五香粉胡椒粉一大勺玉米面搅匀,然后加一点面粉拌匀再加一点面粉拌匀直到看见花上一层干面,盆地没有面粉也没水!
