Included与including用法的区别在于：

included是 include的过去式和过去分词（ include 动词）、including 介词。

一个是动词，一个是介词，用法就比较清楚，举几个例子：

【include】包含、包括、用法：

There are many kinds of fruits that includes apples,bananas,oranges and peaches.

在句子中作谓语动词使用。此句在定语从句中作谓语

【用法】：

There are many kinds of fruits ——apples,bananas,oranges,and peaches included.

用于列举事物末尾。

【举例】

The four-man crew included one Briton.

四人小组包括一个英国人。 

I include you in the list of culprits.

【用法】：

用于列举事物前。

【举例】
