抱歉这么迟给您回复，Jim 刚刚突然被公司安排下周去西安出差陪客户，公司的这个行程很突然，所以他只能取消下周回昆山的安排，J下一次回昆山的时间是六月19号左右，如果他在这之前有回昆山的安排，会再联系我。
J 对这个职位还是非常有兴趣考虑的，因为他期望能在家附近工作。

Dear XXX，

Sorry to get back you so late, Jim was just arranged to Xi'an for business trip with one of company's clients, this is a sudden decision of the company, so he has to cancel his plan of backing Kunshan next week. and his next back to Kunshan will be around June 19th, however he'll contact me if come back earlier.
Jim is very very interested in this position 'couse he'd like to find a job that he can do not far from home.

Dear XXX

sorry for responding so late, the company has just sent Jim to XI'an next week for business. Due to this sudden arrangement, he has to cancel this trip back to KunShan. Jim would probably come back to KunShan on 19th June next time, otherwise he will contact me if he could make it earlier.

the other hand, Jim seems to have a lot of interests on this position according to his willing to work near his home.

Sorry for late to reply to you, Jim just arranged by the company to Xi'an for business with the customer next week, the travel is so suddenly that he only cancel the arrangement of return to Kunshan next week, next time to Kunshan will be in June 19 or so, if he has to return to Kunshan before this arrangement, he will contact me.
J expect to work near home,so he is still very interested in this position .
