十三香龙虾的做法
用料:小龙虾3斤、半圆青椒1个、王守义十三香、花椒、豆瓣酱、干辣椒、葱姜蒜、盐糖、美味鲜、八角、香叶(各适量)
1、用牙刷把小龙虾的虾身一个个刷干净。姜切片、蒜去皮拍扁(姜大概6片、蒜大概5个),葱、青椒切段。

2、锅热放油,放花椒、生姜片、蒜、干辣椒、葱段,炒香后放两勺郫县豆瓣酱,继续翻炒,直至炒出红油。

3、出红油后放入小龙虾翻炒至虾壳变红、虾身弯曲。

4、倒入啤酒没过龙虾再多点,啤酒烧开后放适量十三香、香叶、八角、美味鲜、盐、糖进行调味,放的量看个人口味。
