    too与either答：either和too都可以当“也”讲，前者用在否定句中，后者用在肯定句中。而部分否定的用法是英语中的特殊现象，not all……too可以看做固定搭配。至于例句2，You can’t be careful enough，我很少看到这样的句子后面还连too或either的，如果真要的话，我觉得应该是too，因为它毕竟是肯定句。
