Managements use management reports as a primary source of information on which they base their decision.For exapmle,management reports summarizing the profitabilily of a new product help CoCa-Cola's management decide whether to continue selling the product.Likewise,financial analysts use management reports in deciding whether to recommend the purchase of Coca-Cola's stock.
In summary,management pay an important role in business.For one hand ,management provides information for managers to use in operating the business.For the other hand,management provides information to other stakeholders to use in assessing the economic performance and condition of the business.
