We agree to pay VAT as Fu required, but our quotation currency was USD, we will change it into USD, then plus 17%VAT.

总共是5187USD,转成人民币为518.57*611187*（1+17%）=3708元
Total amount USD5187=51857*611187*（1+17%）=RMB3708.

另外，需要声明以下:statement as below:
1.此批货物因货期紧张，我司应Croc要求，送货至Futai，报给Croc的币种是美金，并非人民币，且并未含17%税。
1.Mr. Croc required that the goods need to be delivered to Futai because it is very pressed, and the previous quotation is not included the VAT17%.

2.我司从未与Fu签订付款币种协议，付款时Fu才要求付人民币，且不含税，并不是我司要求Fu付什么币种。

Our company never have signed agreement about payment currency with Fu, Fu required pay in RMB without VAT when payment is performed, and We never have required what kind of currency Fu should pay.

We agree to pay value-added tax (VAT) as required by Fu, but our quotation is made in dollars. Therefore, it is necessary to convert 518.57 USD into RMB based on the exchange rate, plus 17% VAT, which is equivalent to RMB 3708(=518.57*6.11187*（1+17%) ).

In addition, the following statement is made::
With a tight delivery time, we'll deliver this batch of goods to Futai. The quotation we made to Croc was in USD instead of RMB, and the 17% VAT was not included.
We have never signed any agreement on payment currency, and it is not until payment stage does Fu requests to pay in RMB with VAT tax, other than we ask the payment in a specified currency.

1. As the delivery period is pressing, Croc requires us to ship this goods to Futai. The quotation we made to Croc is in USD instead of RMB, and the 17% VAT is not included.

We agree to Fu's payment request of value-added tax , but our quoting currency is dollars. Therefore we need to converse  into RMB according to the currency, adding 17% tax.A total of $5187 which can be converse into 518.57*611187*（1+17%）=3708RMB

In addition, you will need the following statement:

The goods due is nervous,  so we delivered the goods to Futai according to Croc's requirements and quoted the US dollarst o Croc not RMB,not containing  17% tax.

We never signed the agreement on the currency of payment with Fu. But he requested to pay him with  RMB ,not containing tax rather than we did.

Our company agreed to the request on VAT. However the currency we used in the proposal for the quote was USD. After conversion to RMB (with additional 17% tax rate), the total 5187USD will be 518.57*611187*（1+17%）=3708RMB.

In addition:

Due to the constraint in time, our company, as per requested by Croc, will deliver the goods to Futai. The accounting currency is USD, instead of RMB (without 17% tax rate).

Our company has never signed any contracts or agreements on accounting currency with Fu. It is Fu's request to settle the account in RMB (without tax), instead of our company's requirements.
