the other作代词时,指两个中的其中一个.作形容词时,the other后可加单数名词也可加复数名词.
others是other的复数形式,泛指许多人或物中的“另一部分”.
the others确定数目中的“其余的”.是the other的复数形式.
another泛指同类物中的三者或三者以上的“另一个”只能代替或修饰单数可数名词.

　　4) neither可以引导倒装句，表示和前面的情况一致，而且前面为否定句。
