我这样的水平英语如何学习

我从初中就放弃了英语学习,现在已经快30了这么多年来一直有意的躲着英语,结果连本来的那点基础都没了,现在我想从头学起,可是天天要上班,晚上回来只有一台电脑,不知道那位朋友有好的建议提供一些,谢谢!
另外:要说背单词我还有点办法,可是语法要怎么去学习呢,当初就是搞不懂语法才放弃的,现在还是没头绪,郁闷。

从音标开始学起。我这儿有部分资料,但是你可以在罔上寻著这条路线找听力材料。

音节是怎麼回事:
一.开音节分两种,一种叫绝对开音节,相对开音节。
①绝对开音节:单个元音字母后面没有辅音字母的重读音节。例如:no blue ba-by stu-dent se-cret.
②相对开音节:单个元音字母后面加单个辅音字母,再加一个不发音字母e构成的重读音节。例如:name these bike home ex-cuse.
什么叫闭音节?
单个元音字母后面有辅字母(r 除外)且以辅字母结尾的重读音节。例如:bag egg fish not cup

二.重读音节指的是单词中读音特别响亮的音节。用音标标记双音节、多音节词的读音时,应使用重读符号。单音节词多数是重读音节,标记读音时不需要使用重读符号。
双音节词的第一个音节通常是重读音节。
例如:´stu-dent ´Chi-na ´sec-ond ´au-tumn in-´deed
含有a- be- de- re- in- ex- 等前缀的双音节词往往是在第二个音节上重读。双音节词的重读位置不会因增加前缀或后缀而发生改变。例如:
a´bout be´fore ex´cuse re´pair for-´get-ful in-´ven-tor
多音节词通常在倒数第三个音节重读。
例如:´el-e-phant con-grat-u´la-tion
词尾有-ic或-tion,-sion的词,在-ic或-sion,-tion前的一个音节上重读。例如:scien´tific im´pression ´nation ionic;republic;emphatic

三、判断音节
第一步:什么是音节
一个音节也就是一个单词的一部分,它包含一个元音。这个词也可能包含一个或多个辅音。一个单词的元音发音的总数决定了这个单词所包含的音节的数目。
第二步:怎样判断音节重音的数目?
学习者可以把音节当做一个单词的“节拍”,在读单词的时候随着读音的变化用手指打拍子,通过这样的方法来决定一个单词的“节拍”的数目。试一试下面几个词:看它们有几个音节 father , mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother ,father-in-law, discovery 2 , 2, 2, 2, 3 , 3, 4, 4, nice , beautiful, professor, teacher , radio 1, 4, 3, 2, 3 绝招:
一般来说,一个单词内有几个元音发音就有几个音节(注意,这里指的是元音发音,即最后你可以听得见得元音的声音,而不是指字母)。
数下面的单词几个音节:
1.an 2.cap 3.men 4.bike 5.cow 6.car 以上各单词都只有一个音节。
1.student 2.asleep 3.agree 4.any 5.china 以上各个单词有两个音节。
多于两个音节的单词:

动词中的a如果处在开音节位置,a读[ei]音,例如:operate

在非重读音节中,许多单词中的元音字母a e i 即可以读作[e]音,也可以读作[i]音。

四、-r音节元音字组在重读音节中的读音

有些词随着语言的发展,前后两部分已失去其单独存在的意义,融合成为一个词。其中的非重读部分要按非重读音节的读音规则发音。

可以买一套教材学,简单入门的,现在的很多教学方法都不象中学的那么生硬了,以前老讲语法,枯燥难学,容易失去兴趣。从简单句型练习着手,用不同的单词换着练习,既可记住单词、又记住了句型。从易到难,不断地进阶。

多用电脑就好,偏向于尽量使用英文界面的软件,程序,游戏...
接触多了,就好了本回答被网友采纳
