是说ikernel.exe 文件无法复制，可能是文件损坏，建议网上去下载个驱动再装一下试试还有打印机有时无法安装是因为系统禁用了打印机服务打开办法开始运行 services.msc 在服务里面找到 print spooler 启动类型改为自动服务状态点为启动
