目前看来，体育已经越来让人感受到它的重要性，这对于我们体育人来说一个很好的平台，所以我们必须抓住这个机遇，科学谨慎地体育课程进行改革，重新找回我们的价值。首先是指导思想的问题，我觉得还是应该已技术为主。这才是体育的灵魂，就象逻辑是数学主灵魂一样。其次是他的设置问题，增强学生的兴趣，让学生在体育活动中产生愉悦这只是它的附属功能。我们不可能照顾到每个人，让每一个学生都喜欢，都有兴趣，课就就课。就象数理科一样，不一定每个学生都喜欢，都能学好，但是最基本的知识还是每一个学生都必须掌握的。运动技术也一样。体育本身也在培养学生的吃苦精神，如果让所有的学生都感到愉悦，滋养学生的懒惰，这不是我们自己打自己嘴巴吗？
