Now in the design of many systems, such as wireless vedio transmission system, ARM+FPGA or DSP+FPGA schemes are increasingly used.They adopt ARM or DSP to make control and FPGA to do complex algorithmic calculation, so that the optimum value of the entire system performance can be achieved utilizing the combination of thier functions. However a still existing problem to be solved is how to coordinate controller and FPGA, particularly how to carry out the communications between them.This paper takes BF537 series DSP as example to introduce a method that can dynamically configure EPGA, and realize data communications with FPGA in correct and simple way. This method is proved to be effective through practice, and is universal and flexible in certain degree.
