A--Hi,Tom.
B--Hi,Jack.
A--What are you going to be when you grow up?
B--I want to be a superman.
A--Superman?That sounds interesting.But why?
B--A superman is powerful,and he can do anything.
A--That's right.But what were you going to do as a superman,Tom?
B--I would help to deal with climate change and global warming.As you know,it is becoming worse and worse.
A--Good idea,Tom.But how would you deal with the problem?
B--I would take in some of the green house gases,like carbon dioxide and and make the air clean.Meanwhile,I would make some clean energy for our cars to use.
A--What a great dream!I wish you could fulfill your dream.
B--Thank you.And what about you,Jack?Would you like to be a superman someday,too?
A--Frankly I don't.I just want to be an ordinary man.

2、Are there any environment problems in the area you live？What would you suggest to solve them？
A--Tom,you moved to a new apartment last month.What's the environment there?
B--It's bad.There are some factories near my house,they release horrible gases everyday,so the air is dirty.What's more,some people are lack of environmental awareness,they spit and litter everywhere.
A--Hm.It's obvious that our environment is polluted seriously,especially in cities.In some areas,the air is polluted so badly that people can hardly breathe.
B--Yes.It seems we should take some measures to protect our environment.
A--That's right.To our delight,our government has realized the problem and something has been done to deal with it.But as individuals,we can also help.
B--What should we do,Jack?
A--First of all,we should take a bus instead of driving a car when going out.Second,we should tell the people to pay attention to environmental preservation,and not to spit or litter everywhere.
B--And we should not use plastic bags when doing shopping.
A--That's right.As long as everybody starts from small things,soon our environment will be better.
B--OK.Let's go and tell the ideas to our class teacher.

1.A：Have you dreamed of being a superman or superwoman?
B: No.I don't want to be a superman.
A: Why? You know many people want to be a hero so that they can protect world, help people who suffered a lot and so on.
B: Yeah, actually in my childhood, I also had this kind of dream, because it looked so cool to be a superman and finally fall in love with a beautiful woman. However, as time goes on , I begin to find that it's too hard to be a hero. I'm not a genious, and I don't have special power either. I'm just an ordinary people who want to find a suitable job and have a warm family. I want to offer a better environment for my parents to live. I will try my best to make some contributions to my country. I think I don't need to be a hero.
A: That seems that you're very realstic.
B: Yeah, maybe because I'm not a boy anymore.What about you? Do you want to be a superman?
A: I don't want to be a superman either. Like you said just now, we are just ordinary people. All we can do is not to be a hero, but to deal with our own things, like taking care of our family, getting on well with our friends and working hard. We have our own resposibilities, which is not to protect the world, but to protect our living environment. There are so many things we must value and care.
B: Yeah, I agreed. We can not dream all the time.

2. A:Did you watch the Climate Forecast last night?
B:Yeah, what's wrong?
A: The level of our city's air quarlity is just C , that means our city's air pollution is rather serious. What shall we do?
B: Well, I also heard about that. Nowadays, more and more energy are needed to run the factories and satisfly our daily needs.But almost all the energy are coming from burning fuels which produce lots of wastes and make our air dirty. We must think about some solutions to solve them.
A: Yeah, first I think we must reduce producing the wastes. We can use some renewable energy instead, like water and sunlight. They can also produce the energy we need. Also, some engineers are tring to design and locate new power plants to do minimum damage to the environment.
B: Em, that's a good idea. I think government should also focus on solving this problem and make some contributions. The government can carry out some policys to forbid some factories to produce so many wastes. They can build some waste stations for recycling.
A: Yeah, I agreed with you. Why not writing a Environmental Protection Proposals and print it on your blog? I think it may be helpful.
