How to keep healthy?

A healthy lifestyle is very important to us. Therefore, we should try to adhere to fitness, about a day to three times.
In the aspects of diet is very important, for example, we should eat less meat, so try to eat more vegetables and less as far as possible to eat junk food.
But never drink, we keep nine hours a day of sleep time, so we should go to bed early. A good study habits can help us better.
