4、剪下来的葡萄放入玻璃瓶中备用。

5、将玻璃瓶中的葡萄捏碎。

6、倒入准备好的白糖搅拌(也可以用冰糖)。

7、玻璃瓶口处套上塑料袋,往里按压一点,留下足够的空间让葡萄发酵。

8、盖上玻璃瓶盖,室温阴凉处发酵。

9、发酵一个月的时候,葡萄皮都已漂浮起来。

10、取一块纱布过滤葡萄皮,挤出葡萄酒到容器中。

11、原本的玻璃罐清洗干净后吹干备用。

12、倒入葡萄酒,再放回原处。

13、大约一周后葡萄酒就可以饮用了。

酒精发酵一般在1个礼拜左右就应该把皮渣过滤了。一般1个月后就可以喝了,最好是3个月(过冬)经过一段时间的隔氧、低温、静置、沉淀、过滤后喝更好。本回答被提问者采纳
