在CNN上看一个新闻句子，不大分析的明白。向高手请教一下~
as you grow older and go out into the world, you're going to encounter working with people who don't look like you.
这句话里，go out 和into 不是应该相反的意思吗，在这里要怎么理解呢。两个介词放在一起的时候用法是怎样的？
还有，be going to encouter后面的work为什么用ing形式？
